Texas is known for it's fantastic BBQ Brisket. This is a simple brisket rub recipe you might find in the heart of Texas where Pit Masters Work beef like no other. This brisket rub is guaranteed to make a great tasting brisket. Basic Ingredients:- 1/2 cup paprika
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons oregano
How to Prepare The BBQ Rub: Simply mix all your ingredients in a good size bowl with a wooden spoon or your hands. Sprinkle the rub on the surface of your brisket making sure to cover the entire piece of beef. You can store any extra bbq rub in a zip lock bag or airtight plastic container.
