I was born in Baltimore, MD and moved to San Diego California for awhile. I now live in Chester Springs, PA which is just about 30 miles west of Philly and 30 miles east of Lancaster.

I mostly cook on a Weber Smoky Mountain Cooker, Charbroil Silver Smoker and a Weber Kettle. I love my WSM. I use it for everything from smoking to grilling!

I mostly use Hickory because its pretty easy to find. I have been using Cherry which I like a lot. I really want to try Oak soaked in white wine I heard was very nice. I let everyone know when I try that out.

I never cook with gas. I use a chimney starter and all natural hardwood lump coal.

My best barbecue dish is Atomic Buffalo Turds. Jalapeno peppers stuffed with pulled pork, sprinkled with a sugary rub, sprinkled with Colby jack cheese and wrapped in bacon.

I also make some mean ribs and pulled pork!

I enjoy reading about emotional direct response marketing and copy-writing. I enjoy blogging about barbecue and various other topics. I love playing fantasy sports like fantasy football and fantasy baseball. I enjoy cooking in doors as well. I enjoy working out and attending marketing meetings.
